How You Can Help!

As a committee we need the support of every family in the school but appreciate that support can come in a variety of ways. 

Can you help us in any of the following ways?

• We meet on the first Tuesday evening of each half term.  Come along and share ideas, work as part of a working party on an event or become a class rep.

• Work behind the scenes e.g. putting up posters to advertise events, applying for grants, collecting raffle prizes etc.

• Bring a skill to school to share with the children e.g. cookery, craft etc

• Don't put your empty injet cartrdidges or mobile phones in the bin.  Give them to us and we can recylcle them for money! (Recycool)

• Bring a skill to school to help maintain the building/grounds e.g. decorating, gardening etc.

• Give your time to help at an event.

• Use Our search Engine.  We get paid every time you CLICK!

• Make a regular monetary donation to friends of Llangynidr School.

• Attend an eventput on by friends.

• Does your employer support Community Projects?  Do they have a Community Cashback Award Scheme? We know that some banks such as RBS, Natwest and Barclays offer a donation, sometimes in excess of £100, to the School when you volunteer.  Volunteering could be as simple as just manning a stall at the xmas fair!.
